We wish to announce that Craig Mostyn Pty Ltd have sold the CM Rural business to Redox Pty Ltd effective as of the close of business on Friday 14th September 2007.
This sale is seen by both parties as enabling each company to focus on their core businesses and better serve both customers and suppliers.
Redox will fulfil all pending sales and purchase transactions from the above date and looks forward to continuing the great service that CM Rural staff have been providing. The majority of CM Rural staff will transfer to Redox, so you will probably be talking and corresponding with the same people.

Opening a great success
26 April 2006
The opening of our corporate office and NSW distribution centre was a great success. We were honoured to be joined by a number of our customers, suppliers, local services, staff members and their spouses. We were especially pleased to welcome delegates from one of the foremost producers of Vitamin C in the world, Weisheng Pharmaceuticals China, to tour the site.
Unfortunately due to last minute cabinet commitments Malcolm Turnbull was unable to attend, in his place we were fortunate to be joined by Pat Farmer.
Mr Farmer is the local member of parliament for the Macarthur electorate and Parliamentary Secretary with special responsibility for Science, Training and Education. An outstanding orator, Mr Farmer gave an inspiring address praising Redox's new facility and in particular the positive contribution it makes to employment prospects of the local community.

Redox lends hand to local sporting team
17 February 2006
Continuing it's history of community involvement in it's new home in south-western Sydney, Redox has agreed to sponsor Campbelltown City Hockey Club.
Campbelltown City was the founding club for men's hockey in the Campbelltown region and has won the Club Championship an enviable 15 times! The cost of running a sporting club is high and as such Redox's sponsorship is very much appreciated and will be used to purchase much needed new equipment.
Our Redox family wish Campbelltown City all the best for their 2006 campaign!
